Account and Data Deletion Policy

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete my account. Type DELETE and confirm. This deletes your plants, timeline, reflections, chats, marketplace listings, photos, and account.

The in-app deletion is immediate. Backup copies are fully purged within 30 days.

If you have lost access, contact support@pothosapp.app from the email associated with the account and request deletion.
